What to include

What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
The email address on your account (never your password)
The diagnostics report from the app — Settings → About → Copy diagnostics — pasted into the email

The diagnostics report holds the app version, the server it talks to and its recent log lines. It never contains your password, your face data or a sign-in token, so it is safe to paste. With it we can usually answer on the first reply.

Things you can do yourself

Delete your accountIn the app: Settings → Delete account. What is removed and what is kept.
Reset your passwordUse “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen; the link in the email opens here.
Privacy policyWhat we collect, why, and how long we keep it — including face data.
Security & trustPlanes, biometric handling, India region, ADMS, and the live readiness probe.

If you are an organisation

Questions about members, invitations, attendance records or kiosks go to the same address. Say which organisation you are writing about; we will only discuss an organisation with one of its administrators.
